3. Handmade and 3D-Printed Variations

Many of our products are handmade, assembled by hand, or produced using 3D-printing equipment.

Because of the nature of handmade and 3D-printed production, slight variations may occur in:

  • Pattern placement
  • Size
  • Texture
  • Layer lines
  • Seams
  • Surface appearance
  • Placement of decorative elements
  • Minor finishing details

These natural variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, photography, and device settings. We cannot guarantee that your device will display every color exactly as it appears in person.

4. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Our products are not toys unless specifically described as such. Certain items may contain:

3D-printed and handmade accessories are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flame, harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture, dishwashers, microwaves, or other conditions that could damage the material.

5. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, colors, pricing, and availability.

Measurements may be approximate. Customers should review all listing information before purchasing.

Accessories, decorations, pens, sticky notes, badge cards, chapstick, or other display items shown in photographs are not included unless the listing specifically states that they are included.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a material error affects your order, we may contact you, correct the information, or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Products may have limited availability. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve it.

We reserve the right to:

Personalized or custom products are available only when expressly offered through a product listing or approved by us in advance.

We are not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

We may refuse a custom request that:

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by that carrier and are not guaranteed by HeartBeat Designs LLC.
