Refund Policy

Unfortunately, HeartBeatDesigns does not accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.

Please note, that it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct color/size combination is chosen, within each product listing. We will not be held responsible for incorrect choices or the lack of detail for custom color requests (glitter/vinyl).

If you have any questions in regard to any of our products, please email us via our Contact Us page on the website prior to checking out and making payment. We are always here to help our lovely customers.

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at HeartBeatDesigns. It is your decision as a customer to fulfill an order with HeartBeatDesigns.

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel before it has been dispatched, we advise that you contact us immediately. We will be happy to help and stop the process and offer a full refund.

LATE DELIVERY

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. The processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or the Christmas week break. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for birthdays or Christmas for obvious reasons.

FRAUD

Our payment processor has a security system in place which checks for fraud. If an order is flagged by the system as possibly fraudulent, HeartBeatDesigns reserves the right to cancel and refund in full an order with or without any further explanation.
