Shipping & Delivery

Lead Periods

Retail orders leave our company after payment has been received for your order within 20 to 30 business days.

After we receive your order, we will ship some items that are made to order within one to three weeks. These items are all marked in their item listings as bulk purchases or wholesale orders.

Shipping

Every order is delivered by USPS or UPS. HeartBeatDesigns is not responsible for item loss or damage after the package has been shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please get in touch with USPS or UPS directly.

USPS deliveries are taking a little longer than usual because of the COVID-19 crisis. We sincerely apologize for any delays and are working hard to get everything shipped on schedule.

Shipping Returns

For an additional shipping charge, we can reship your order if it is returned to us for any reason. Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase or contact us before your order ships in order to prevent returned shipments. We cannot change shipments or delivery addresses once they have left the building and we assume no responsibility. Because of this, the customer will not receive a refund and will have to buy the desired items again.

International Orders

Sadly, our website is not currently set up to accept orders from other countries. However, we are pleased to ship orders abroad! Send an email with your order details to info@heartbeatdesignss.com if you want to have your order shipped outside of the US. We will charge you for the items as well as the shipping fees. Orders will be shipped following payment.

Damages

HeartBeatDesigns disclaims liability for any loss or destruction of packages while in transit. To replace the damaged items, a different order must be made. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly get in touch.
