Handmade Product Variations

Many of our products are handmade, assembled by hand, made to order, or produced in small batches.

  • Finish

  • Minor surface details

These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

Each item may have small differences that make it unique.

3D-Printed Product Variations

Some HeartBeatDesigns LLC products are created using 3D-printing technology.

3D-printed products may show natural characteristics of the printing process, including:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Seams

  • Minor texture variations

  • Small surface marks

  • Slight color differences

  • Minor variations in dimensions or fit

These characteristics are normal and are not automatically considered defects unless they materially affect the intended use of the product.

Colors and Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary because of:

  • Browser settings

  • Device brightness

  • Photography lighting

  • Camera settings
